Before you call

The usual questions

Can the unit sit on grass or dirt?

Yes, if the ground is firm enough for the truck and level enough for the unit. Soft ground after rain is the one to flag when you book.

Does someone have to meet the driver when the unit arrives?

Not if we have agreed the drop point. The driver places the unit, levels it and sends confirmation. For a first delivery on a tight site it helps to have someone there, but it is not required.

What happens if it runs longer than planned?

We extend at the same rate. Jobs slip; re-quoting you for it would be a poor way to run a rental business.

Can you do a same-week swap if the unit is not right?

Yes. If the job turns out to need a flushing unit rather than a standard, or an accessible one, we will swap it on the next run rather than making you re-book.

What should I have ready on site for a trailer delivery?

A level pad long enough for the trailer and the steps, room to tow in and out, and access to power. We go through all of that on the call so nothing is a surprise on delivery day.

Does a unit get cleaned before it comes to my site?

Every unit is pumped, washed and restocked in the yard before it goes out again. What arrives is ready to use.
