Can you deliver to a site with no one on it?
Yes, as long as we can get through the gate and we have agreed the drop point. Give us the gate code with the address and the driver will send a photo of where it landed.
What if I do not know the headcount yet?
Give us the range. We will quote the middle and tell you what adding or dropping a unit does to the number, so the decision is easy when you firm it up.
How should I size the order for a Fremont site or event?
For a job site the working rule is one unit per ten workers on a standard week. For an event it is closer to one per 85–110 guests over about four hours, more if there is alcohol or the event runs long. Tell us the headcount and we will do the arithmetic on the call.
What do you do about smell?
The tank is charged with deodoriser at every service, the unit is vented, and the pump interval is set to the traffic it actually gets. Smell is almost always a servicing-frequency problem rather than a unit problem.
Is there a limit on how long a unit can stay on site?
A weekend, a month or the length of a build. Long placements are priced monthly with the service run included, which works out well below repeating a weekly rental.
Is the trailer climate-controlled?
Yes, and in both directions rather than merely warm. That matters more at an August afternoon wedding than it does at a February one.
