The Tri-City area and the Eden corridor

Castro Valley Porta Potty Rental

We keep the Castro Valley conversation short: what is the job, how many people, how long. From that we can tell you the unit mix, the service interval and the price, all on the same call.

The short version

Three things you can count on

Serviced on a schedule

First impressions decide whether people use the unit or hold on. Ours turn up clean, dry and stocked, with a working latch and a vent that actually vents.

Long jobs, one price

We ask about the approach, the surface and the gate before we load. That is why our drivers rarely have to call you from the curb asking where to put it.

Clean when it lands

Service visits are scheduled up front — weekly on most job sites, more often on a busy crew or a hot week. You know the day, so nobody has to call and ask for a pump-out.

From call to pickup

From the call to the drop

Call, and we will ask three things: how many people, how many days, and what the ground is like where it goes. That is enough to quote. We agree a delivery window, the driver sets the unit level and squared up, and the service schedule starts from that day. The canyon roads narrow fast, so hillside jobs get the smaller truck and a single-unit drop.

What people ask us

Is Castro Valley outside the flat-rate delivery zone?
No. Castro Valley is inside the standard service area and the delivery is in the flat price. There is no zone surcharge.
Do you have hand-wash stations on their own?
Yes, though they are almost always ordered alongside restrooms. The station is a freestanding pedestal sink with foot pumps, fresh water and soap.
Do you handle storm and emergency work?
Yes, with priority routing. Flooded sites, failed mains and displaced crews get answered first because the alternative is a site that cannot operate.
Is delivery and servicing part of the quoted figure?
Delivery, placement, the agreed service visits with pumping and restock, and the collection. Nothing sits outside it.
Can you do a same-week swap if the unit is not right?
Yes. If the job turns out to need a flushing unit rather than a standard, or an accessible one, we will swap it on the next run rather than making you re-book.
What hours do you run?
Our office and delivery hours are Mon-Sat 4am-4pm. Anything already on rental is covered outside those hours if something goes wrong.
